Spalted Maple Heart with Tree of Life Inlay
This table truly is my heart. This spalted piece of maple from Delaware took several weeks to stabilize before any work could be done to it, but it wanted a second chance! With a very light green, translucent epoxy with a “wavy fabric texture” and an embedded hand-forged metal tree of life made in Colorado, this table is truly a work of art and ready for it’s new home. The black tri-legged base is consistent with the heart-shape of the table top and will add a lot of love and interest to it’s new space. This big guy comes in at 30” tall and the top is 27” x 25”.
